I’m an HR professional working in the construction industry, where I focus on talent development, onboarding, and improving the overall employee experience.My background in both the military and construction has given me a strong appreciation for understanding people at every level, from the field to the office. In my role, I’ve supported a wide range of HR functions including onboarding, employee relations, field support, and day to day operations, while working closely with both employees and leadership across the organization.One of the areas I’ve had the opportunity to contribute to is supporting and helping grow our internship program. Being involved in that process, from connecting with students to seeing them step into their roles, has been a really rewarding experience and something I’ve enjoyed being part of.More broadly, I’ve learned how much impact HR can have across the entire employee lifecycle, from someone’s first day to the moments where they need support the most. That experience has shaped how I approach my work and how I show up for others.I’m especially interested in talent and leadership development, and I’m continuing to grow in how I build structure around training, onboarding, and long term employee growth. I’m drawn to creating environments where people feel supported, capable, and set up for success from day one.Long term, I’m working toward expanding into training and development in a bigger way, helping organizations build strong, capable teams through intentional development.
