   Working on Integrity systems at Meta, focusing on challenges around spam, scams, and off-platform abuse- Building and improving systems that detect and limit abusive behaviors, including coordinated spam and paid scam activities- Driving projects that span multiple teams, from problem definition through execution, especially in areas where signals are noisy and trade-offs are not obvious- Setting technical direction for how we approach detection, enforcement, and product integration across different surfaces- Working closely with product, infra, and policy to balance strong enforcement with a good experience for legitimate users- Thinking a lot about how to reduce harm while still supporting a healthy and open community, including avoiding over-enforcement on benign behaviors
