ABOUT SHENGLANA L.
With over 6 years of experience in mental health and community health programs, I am a passionate and dedicated Training & Communications Coordinator at Rady Children\'s Hospital-San Diego. In this role, I support the implementation and evaluation of evidence-based practices for children and families, using my skills in communication, training, and time management. I also hold two certifications in Mental Health First Aid, which enable me to provide effective and empathetic assistance to adults and youth in crisis. Previously, I was a Program Manager at Community Health Improvement Partners, where I oversaw the coordination and delivery of various initiatives to improve the health and well-being of diverse populations in San Diego County. I also have a background in outreach and education, having worked as an Outreach Programs Manager at NAMI San Diego, where I managed and facilitated several programs to raise awareness and reduce stigma around mental illness. My mission is to use my expertise and competencies in teaching and learning with technology, business administration, and information systems to create and disseminate impactful and innovative solutions for mental health challenges.
