In this role, I support the implementation and evaluation of evidence-based practices for children and families, using my skills in communication, training, and time management. I also hold two certifications in Mental Health First Aid, which enable me to provide effective and empathetic assistance to adults and youth in crisis. Previously, I was a Program Manager at Community Health Improvement Partners, where I oversaw the coordination and delivery of various initiatives to improve the health and well-being of diverse populations in San Diego County.
