I’ve built and scaled national hiring functions, trained and motivated recruitment teams to identify top talent, and partnered with senior leaders to align hiring with business goals. This includes hands-on experience recruiting for roles across creative design, technology, digital media, international development, STEM, and ESG, from recent graduates to executives.What drew me to coaching was experiencing how powerful it is when you receive support that’s personalized, objective, and free of judgment. When the focus is on your needs and goals, you gain new perspective, confidence, and the direction you need to move forward.
