Supervise and manage all personnel, resources, functions and activities of the Admissions Counselors and other direct reports and train and coach all colleagues with understanding and performing related functions. Serve as the main CRM functional lead and functional administrator, serving all teams and sharing oversight and authority with the Director, to promote the efficient and accurate us of the software, its functionality, and related data. Facilitate, gather, create, and maintain the onboarding and ongoing CRM-related training resources for new hires and current members in enrollment to gain access, knowledge, skills and abilities with CRM, its structure, nomenclature, benefits, features, and various functions. Create, manage, and deliver a wide variety of reports, research, and databases for internal and external constituents as well as learn and manage numerous enrollment-related projects.
