At Likewise, I led the development of our AI agent Likewise Pix and the core personalization engine that drives millions of recommendations every day. Before that, I helped turn around Mixpo and scale Avalara through product innovation, agile transformation, and platform re-architecture.I also have deep experience in eCommerce and transactional systems, having built and scaled online platforms for AT & T, Nike, FranklinCovey, and others. From architecting high-conversion storefronts to solving fraud and digital rights issues, I’ve helped major brands optimize and modernize their commerce strategies across both B2B and B2C.Earlier in my career, I spent nearly a decade at Razorfish, working with global brands like Microsoft, Dell, Best Buy, and Costco to deliver cutting-edge digital experiences, commerce platforms, and global-scale solutions.
