   The Independent Casino Representative Association (ICRA) is a 501 c6 nonprofit business trade association. The ICRA was created to enhance the overall gaming industry by standardizing all aspects of the relationships between independent casino representatives and casinos both domestically and internationally. The members we represent have produced amazing results over the years and have decided to come together to form a governing body and better the gaming industry. The use of independent representatives has increased over the last 5 years. Despite this growth, there it’s still an obvious need for education, resources and standardization in our sector. The ICRA is the only nonprofit of its’ kind, its members are directly responsible for improving the image and raising the standard of service in the gaming industry. The growth possibilities are endless and significant. The Independent Casino Representative Association (ICRA) will create new opportunities, promote beneficial education/training programs, improve awareness/image and supply members the resources needed to succeed in the gaming industry. Our sector of the gaming industry directly affects all aspects of customer service driven industries; entertainment, conventions, special events, transportation, shopping and dining. The growth of the gaming industry relies on the production and dedication of independent casino representatives.
