My work sits where strategic intent meets operational reality. I partner with senior leaders to strengthen how our organizations plan, resource, and improve across staffing strategy, financial planning, data and analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives. Alongside this work, I serve as an Inclusion Business Champion (IBC), helping embed equity, belonging, and inclusive practices into day-to-day business decisions. I also serve on the board of the National African American Insurance Association (NAAIA) Nashville Chapter as Emerging Leaders Chair, supporting efforts to expand access, leadership, and long-term opportunity within the industry.Across roles, I’ve led cross-functional efforts, built enterprise solutions, and helped shape environments where people can do their best work with accountability.
