Vitreoretinal surgical sales to retina surgeons in Florida. Products include EVA phaco/vitrectomy surgical cassettes for procedures done with the DORC EVA phaco/vitrectomy system; forceps, vit lenses, laser probes, light pipes, backflushes, TissueBlue liquid stain, etc. Responsible for generating leads for EVA system capital equipment sales or placements. Conduct EVA surgical demos in the surgical suite with surgeons. Provide in-service training for surgical technicians and nurses on setting up, operating and troubleshooting the EVA system. Program settings on the EVA system for each retina surgeon. Perform technical maintenance on the EVA system including troubleshooting error codes, module replacements, software updates and annual preventative maintenance. Responsible for pull-through of orders with Ambulatory Surgery Center and hospital Purchasing Directors and Materials Managers. Set special pricing for DORC disposable products at ASCs and hospitals. Responsible for completing product complaint documentation for the EVA system and DORC disposable surgical products.
