About Shelly Masters
My practice focuses on the representation of business and corporate clients engaged in complex, high risk or technical operations, particularly in the areas of commercial and construction industry disputes. Some of the nation\'s largest contractors, manufacturers and companies have retained me to prosecute and defend against high exposure claims in construction, mass tort, medical device and product liability litigation. I have served on national trial teams involving trials in multiple states and managed large volume litigation with high damage claims. I have experience litigating and handling transactional matters in commercial, construction, employment, corporate and product liability matters.
