About Shelly Mack

It\'s important to me that the work I do matters and is rooted in helping others. As a coach, I seek to understand the motivation behind a goal and strategically guide forward progress. Uncovering real or perceived obstacles is a part of that process as is formulating a vision that is clearly tied to the unwavering values and greater purpose the goal is tethered to. Whether I\'m serving as a Sucess Coach and Career Coach for students, a Coaching Quality Specialist for other coaches, or a Health Coach for families, my process looks the same. My approach is developmental: I prefer to do more listening than telling. This allows me to know how best to partner with someone and design a tailored coaching approach to get them where they want to be and make strong recommendations as the right things unfold.
