I am a Catalyst - I see the big picture and the tiny details all at once. I am observing and picking up subtle clues everywhere. And I am ALWAYS CONNECTING THE DOTS. I find the root of the situation so I can map the path forward. I am always pushing for better. I do this with people, products, systems, policies.you name it. It\'s in my blood, I cannot stop. These days I am directing my energies to helping new and small businesses build better from the ground up. Our current systems are too entrenched to \"change,\" too many of us have spent too many years beating our heads against the walls trying to enact \"change from within.\" It\'s time to build new systems that work for us all. Reach out if this sounds interesting!A Bigger Table (currently on hold as I continue to cope single mom’ing 2 littles with high needs through the general upheaval of all things in the world, but stay tuned!)I am brewing a sustainable nonprofit to design and build affordable, mixed income, intentional community housing at scale based on the premise that many people *want* community but haven\'t learned the behaviors and habits to build that community. By designing residential buildings with community at the heart from the outset, we can create a supportive scaffolding to foster and nurture community. Further, by pairing compatible populations, we make it easier and more natural to engage with your neighbors and community. The first project I am tackling will be in Downtown San Jose, pairing single parents and people who crave intergenerational connection. Reach out if this sounds exciting to you!
