As the Information Specialist Manager at the Branson/Lakes Area Chamber of Commerce, I oversee a variety of key programs that strengthen community engagement, professional development, and member communications. I currently manage the Lakes Area Leadership Academy, a comprehensive 9-month program that cultivates leadership by exploring the Branson Tri-Lakes Area’s economic drivers, government structure, education system, tourism industry, and more. This program empowers participants with insights into boardsmanship, professional communication, marketing, and personal development. In addition, I lead the Member Service Announcement program and produce the weekly Branson Chamber Newsletter, ensuring our members stay informed, connected, and engaged. I also support the maintenance of our CRM database, helping streamline our outreach and operations.
