With extensive experience in a variety of industries, I’ve led teams, streamlined systems, and driven strategies that keep businesses not just running, but thriving—even with lean resources and high stakes.In leadership roles including Director of Operations, and Secretary/Treasurer, I’ve built operational infrastructure from the ground up. I’ve managed full-cycle accounting and payroll, developed and implemented SOPs that actually get used, driven safety and compliance initiatives from the inside out, negotiated and executed contracts, and acted as the connective tissue between clientele, field teams, and executive leadership.What sets me apart?
