Shelly Wagner is the Team Leader for The Shelly Wagner Team, which was the Top Team in Coldwell Banker in the entire state of Louisiana in 2020. Shelly has been one of the leading REALTORS in the Shreveport / Bossier City area for more than a decade. Before officially forming a team, Shelly Wagner was the #1 Coldwell Banker Agent in the State of Louisiana in 2017 and 2018. Shelly has built an incredible team of top-notch agents with immeasurable work ethic and client satisfaction. With over 40 years of combined experience and over 40 million in sales in 2020, The Shelly Wagner Team has the knowledge and experience to get the job done! Shelly is a licensed Realtor® who specializes in representing her clients in the buying and selling side of single-family residences, income property as well as commercial property within the Shreveport and Bossier City area. She truly loves her city and takes a great pride in her knowledge of school districts, neighborhood information, and related services, including mortgage, insurance and inspection information. On a personal level, Shelly enjoys spending time with her husband, Pete, and kids who are known as the modern-day Brady Bunch. They each have 3 children ranging from ages 19 to 27. Her current hobbies include quality time with family, traveling, tennis, and volunteering with various local programs and organizations. Shelly has a Bachelor of Science degree and worked in the Accounting Field for over 10 years, prior to getting her Real Estate license in 2009. She definitely loves numbers!
