Reporting to the partner of Tech Transformation for Tax and Legal, I have Project Managed a customer implementation of HighQ, ensuring seamless adoption within our clients\' organization. I have leveraged a comprehensive approach that blends strategic insight with hands-on management to drive impactful transformation. I have also been focused on developing new business proposals to secure new client engagements for EY.Key Responsibilities:• Project management, strategy development, planning of deliverables.• Implementing strong governance frameworks – chairing Steering Committees, status reporting and RAID log management.• E2E management of day-to-day project activities to ensure that objectives are delivered as per plans.• Participate in functional and technical working groups and progress meetings, collaborate effectively with project stakeholders in Waterfall or Agile or hybrid delivery environments as required by the client.• Estimate costs, timescales and resource requirements for the successful completion of each project to agreed SOW. • Monitoring of costs, timescales and resourcing capacity and proactively actioning any risks to budget/ resourcing constraints that arise.• Managing change control procedures, including gaining agreement for revisions to the project from project sponsors. Key Achievements:• Launched HighQ successfully to target markets• Improved project governance and efficiencies for an in flight project ensuring momentum and quality output within a tight deadline
