My approach combines commercial focus with genuine people development, ensuring every team member has the tools, confidence, and motivation to excel.Throughout my career, I’ve consistently exceeded sales targets and delivered award-winning performances, earning recognition 3 years running as Sales Executive of the Year, as well as Sales Manager of the Year, and multiple monthly achievements. Whilst consistently achieving over budget performances.I take pride in building lasting relationships with customers and colleagues alike, driving excellence in both service and sales.
