Manage highly complex, strategic client implementation projects with long project lifecycles, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Develop project plans, define scope, and identify required resources to successfully deliver client implementations.Lead and engage large, cross-functional project teams—including client stakeholders—while coordinating with global program managers, regional leaders, TXLT, and other internal partners.Facilitate steering committee meetings to review milestones, drive key decisions, and escalate issues for resolution.Conduct client meetings to outline implementation team roles and responsibilities, prepare project documentation, and secure required client input.Oversee project scope, manage plans, and align deliverables to meet client expectations.Partner with client and internal resources to execute project plans while implementing quality planning and monitoring processes to ensure on-time delivery.Design and deploy scalable global processes and procedures that optimize cost-efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction.Lead project debrief sessions to assess results, capture lessons learned, and refine methodologies for future implementations.Continuously document and contribute improvements to the implementation framework to drive ongoing operational excellence.
