I am a people person who is passionate about student success, lifelong learning, instructional methods, and curriculum design. As a communication instructor, I love helping people find that \"aha moment\", and I am always happy to collaborate with others to create new programs and initiatives to increase student success and retention. As a first-generation college student, I believe strongly in the importance of creating a First-Year Experiences program and course curriculum that not only welcomes new students but also celebrates them as an individual while setting and managing their expectations throughout their academic career.
