Experience with Patent, Commercial, Product Liability, Employment and Asbestos Litigation. Substantial experience with electronic discovery, including electronic review, redacting and bates labeling. Experience in handling all aspects of written discovery, including drafting, issuing, maintaining and releasing document holds, identifying witnesses, and collecting and organizing documentation and files. Drafting responses to subpoenas and government CID’s, knowledge of government and internal investigations, working with outside counsel to draft discovery responses, witness interviews. Assisting attorneys with trial preparations, compiling discovery answers and objections, identifying privileged documents, preparing privilege logs, and conducting online research with the ability to navigate on-line databases. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Legal Hold Software, Serengeti Legal Tracker and online hosted review platforms. Proven ability to manage large-volume cases, work efficiently, independently and work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment. Ability to coordinate and work with internal business clients (at all levels in the organization), outside counsel, and vendors (including those associated with electronic discovery) and others associated with litigation matters.
