   I work with the corporate office, focusing on corporate roles and field-based providers. Crossroads Treatment Centers was founded on May 5, 2005, to serve individuals struggling with opioid addiction. Since then, the organization has expanded rapidly, now operating around 100 treatment centers across nine states. We specialize in outpatient Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), utilizing FDA-approved medications such as methadone and Suboxone to treat opioid dependence. MAT is recognized by the CDC as the most effective treatment for opioid use disorder, and the National Institutes of Health has designated it the “gold standard” for opioid addiction treatment. At Crossroads, each team member plays a vital role in supporting the recovery of more than patients. Our clinical staff includes physicians, pharmacists, counselors, nurses, and service coordinators who work together to provide comprehensive care. In addition to medication management, we collaborate with each patient to develop a personalized treatment plan.
