I believe in the power of being committed, driven, collaborative and prudent as the foundation of an effective and strategic approach to business, teams and lending overall.My personal drive and commitment is grounded in my 24+ years of experience in the small business lending industry. I have served in multiple roles ranging from administrative work in my early years to 504 Loan Processor, 504 Loan Coordinator, 504 and Community Advantage Loan Processing Manager, Vice President of Production and currently, Senior Vice President of Small Business Lending. My \'open door\' leadership style has built an environment of openness and trust within my teams and colleagues alike. While born in Houston, Texas, I consider myself an Orange County, California native since relocating when I was 9 years old with my family. I currently reside in Mission Viejo, California. In my free time, I love to spend time with my family, enjoy tasty food, travel, hike, garden and a variety of music!
