I’m a supply chain and automation leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and people.Over the last 15 years, I’ve led and delivered complex distribution, fulfillment, and automation initiatives which helped organizations turn constrained, high-pressure environments into scalable, high-performing operations. My work spans greenfield and brownfield launches, solution design, software product, strategy and evolution, and operational transformation.What sets me apart is how I work. I build solutions hand-in-hand with teams, partnering closely with operators, engineers, product leaders, and executives to turn ambiguity into clarity and ideas into results. I don’t believe in throwing designs over the fence. For me, accountability, transparency, and ownership matter.I’m known for bringing calm structure to chaos.
