I am a resilient leader and seasoned decision-maker. I have extensive experience implementing strategic planning, business development/fund-raising, relationship management, and organizational change initiatives to improve bottom-line results and organizational impacts in for-profit and non-profit organizations. As both a professional and volunteer, I have led and facilitated diverse teams and stakeholders to identify and achieve shared goals. My life\'s purpose is to advance equity and opportunity. That\'s why I left a successful for-profit career, served as a volunteer leader in the nonprofit sector, earned a Ph.D. in public administration and public policy, and advocate for social, racial, economic, and environmental justice.
