Currently developing, implementing, and leading a new Talent Generation enablement function to support Protiviti\'s Talent Acquisition structure and thereby fuel the growth of our firm. Talent Generation strategically creates and sustains a long-term network of engaged prospective candidates whose skills align to our growth areas. This includes optimizing our employee referral channel, maintaining alumni relationships, developing community partners, engaging our Talent Community, utilizing conferences, skills-based sourcing, and more. Prior to this role, I was the National Recruiting Lead for Protiviti\'s Internal Audit & Financial Advisory line of service. I managed and motivated a team of up to 12, and partnered with our firm\'s leadership to develop recruiting strategy to identify, recruit, onboard, and retain exceptional and diverse talent.Additionally, I serve as the Co-Program Lead for Protiviti\'s Disability Employee Network.
