From broadcasting to communications to fundraising — a career that is focused on people. That human connection is what I thrive on!After 25 years as a successful radio broadcaster, I made the transition into the field of communications and marketing in 2016, and I\'ve never looked back. I\'m a highly efficient communications leader with extensive experience as a storyteller, writer, public relations, special event programming, and strategic planner. I excel in both media relations and coaching. Through meaningful work and community engagement, I\'m determined to create a better place to live. In April 2022, I led the public relations team to launch The Ottawa Hospital Foundation\'s Campaign to Create Tomorrow — the largest fundraising campaign in Ottawa\'s history. I launched the award-winning Pulse: The Ottawa Hospital Foundation\'s Podcast in January 2020. I was host and producer until December 2025 when I decided to step aside.In 2025, I was presented with an opportunity to switch gears and turn my focus to philanthropy. Now, I work directly with those at the grassroots level who want to support The Ottawa Hospital through community events, Race Weekend, and workplace campaigns. How great is that!
