I have extensive expertise in policy development and process improvement, and have written 9 global policies covering international assignments and domestic relocations. I was an Integral member of the leadership team involved in changing the global mobility program from headquarters to a home based compensation approach, a 3 year evolution; developed cross-border relocation and rotational assignment policies among others. I have a solid understanding of expatriate tax and tax equalization. I am known for my ability to partner with internal customers and external vendors to develop creative solutions that meet evolving business needs.
