ABOUT SHELLEY FISHEL CDOL COLF

Shelley Fishel — The MS Office MaestroMicrosoft 365 & Copilot Trainer and Speaker (EA/PA Specialist)My journey into the world of Microsoft 365 and digital productivity didn’t begin in a classroom — it began in a charity office in the mid‑1990s, surrounded by paper lists, overstuffed folders, and a 386 computer that whirred louder than the photocopier.I’d taken time out of the workplace while my children were small, and when I returned, I found myself managing a complex international event: flights, accommodation, tours, and the fundraising progress of every participant. With no proper systems in place, the admin load was huge — and one day, fed up with chasing handwritten notes and paper lists, I decided there had to be a better way.So over one weekend, I taught myself to build an Access database. I walked into the charity office on Monday morning with a floppy disk and a spark in my eye. When I loaded the database and showed the team how everything could be tracked, sorted and managed at the click of a button, that was the moment everything changed. That early, improvised solution was my gateway into the world of software — and I was hooked.Since then, my career has unfolded naturally: from that first “wow moment,” to working for a training company, to going freelance, to becoming The MS Office Maestro — training thousands of Executive and Administrative Assistants across the world to master Microsoft 365 and now Copilot.Today, I specialise in empowering EAs, PAs, and VAs to work smarter, communicate clearly, and become strategic partners through practical, human‑centred Microsoft 365 and AI skills. My training blends warmth, storytelling, and real‑world EA workflows — inbox triage, meeting prep, briefings, task follow‑through, collaboration, and prompt‑crafting for Copilot — so that assistants leave with confidence and clarity. If you’re an EA, PA, VA, L&D leader or event organiser looking for Microsoft 365 & Copilot training that’s practical, engaging, and built around real administrative challenges, I’d love to connect.
