I\'ve always been the one behind the scenes- connecting the dots, solving problems before they happen, and making sure leadership has the clarity and support to focus on what only they can do.When starting at Differential, I joined to lead website projects to improve our internal operations and client delivery. This included refining and leading our website and eventually app development processes, ensuring efficiency, and delivering excellent customer experiences.Now, as Director of Operations at Apollos (Differential), I work alongside the COO to scale leadership, streamline operations, and ensure our team stays aligned. My role is all about turning strategy into execution, creating operational clarity, optimizing workflows, tackling special projects, and maximizing leadership\'s time so they can focus on what matters most.Behind every great leader is a strategic partner turning vision into action. I\'ve spent my career stepping into that role.At Life.Church, I served as the Director of Operations to the Sr. VP of Technology, but my role extended far beyond traditional EA responsibilities. I served as an executive assistant while leading operations across the team, managing large-scale projects, and training other executive assistants to step into leadership. I spearheaded initiatives that resulted in $100K in savings over two quarters, developed scalable systems that improved efficiency, and hosted executive technology summits that connected leaders across the country.In my spare time, I\'m an advocate for EAs and coach Executive Assistants (executiveassisant.coach) and executives on how to work together to build a true strategic partnership, realizing that their role isn\'t just about task execution, but about becoming an accelerator to their leaders\' success.
