I believe in partnership, communication, transparency and direct communication. I believe that leadership doesn\'t come from titles, it comes from actions. I don\'t believe in process for process sake and I will never track billable hours again. I believe in my team. I believe in giving people room to fail and guidance to get back on track if they do. I believe that life isn\'t fair but that it should be. I believe in real butter, real sugar and that everyone should sing karaoke every now and then.
