My work lives at the intersection of operations, access, and empathy—where logistics meet learning, and every child and family matters.I’ve led schools through crisis and transformation—coaching teams during the COVID pivot, redesigning systems for trauma-informed access, and growing a virtual K–8 program by 200% while centering student dignity and parent partnership.Whether launching inclusive onboarding systems, curating customized learning tools, or guiding schoolwide culture shifts, I lead with vision and values.
