About Shelley Zaborowski
One of my favorite TEDTalks is “Everyday Leadership” by Drew Dudley. In this engaging talk, Dudley provides an example of how he used an ordinary day and a single lollipop to make an extraordinary and lasting impact on two college students. What’s even better about his act of kindness – he has no recollection of it. He simply embraced his leadership style, the strengths he possessed and an opportunity to leave his mark.When we embrace leadership and its capability along with the strengths we possess, we not only have the ability to improve and change someone’s life, we can also change and improve everything around us, whether in the workplace, the community or at home.
