To Lead mange and develop the Facilities Team in all aspects of their work to ensure the highest levels of performance and best practice, in line with the Group’s processes- Ensure the Group has a comprehensive set of Facilities policies & procedures in place that conform to current legislative and best practice- Tender, procure and manage group wide contracts for hard and soft services- Manage all aspects of Facilities for all 12 office locations throughout the Midlands- Work with all key stakeholders across the Group to drive forward an effective Facilities culture- Manage Staff within the Facilities Team through a large period of change, including restructure, redundancy and recruitment- Produce and deliver Facilities Strategy for the Group with supporting action plans- Ensure a comprehensive and best practice risk assessments are in place covering all Facilities related issues across the Group- Play an active role in Health and Safety Committee Meetings for the Group as well as specialist areas within the business- Full Budgetary Management for the Facilities areas in all office locations – Operational budgets over £1million- Management and budgetary control of any office related projects and office refurbishment projects - Work through the Business Plan requirements for the Facilities Function – Consolidation of Office Locations and Refurbishment Projects to deliver company long term goals- Promote a proactive and best practice Facilities culture and environment across the Group, acting as a champion in this area- Maintain a good working relationship with Key Stakeholders from external companies - Such as Landlords, managing Agents and Councils- Tender large Group Contracts for all services (Hard and Soft) to provide a better service and value for money- Provide regular reports, performance updates and key analysis on all Facilities issues to Senior Management, Committees, Boards and regulatory bodies, as required.
