Lane Transit District is the bus service for Lane County, offering a variety of programs for walkers, carpoolers, bus riders, bike riders, most any transit option you can think of. Despite what you might think about transit, LTD is a very creative place to work. The people are outstanding.So, what do I do?My responsibilities are mostly centered around writing-The monthly \"Bus Talk\" which uses Constant Contact-The daily Facebook posts: I like to feature community activities and events, LTD events and link them to riding the bus (it\'s very easy, once to start thinking about it!) During the snow and ice storm, earlier this winter, it was also used to alert riders about immediate changes to bus routes-Prepping for the rollout of the West Eugene Service Enhancement, which is under review by the community right now.
