The home loan approval process has changed so much in the past 10 years that it is important that you have a seasoned loan officer on your side who can help you navigate the new and sometimes confusing guidelines and who is nimble enough to adjust to issues that may arise during that process. In addition, I don\'t treat the closing date on your purchase contract as part of a wish list - the close date is a hard stop that is not guaranteed to be extended if you don\'t close on time. It is important that your loan officer understands it\'s importance and makes sure that you and your funds are protected by closing on timeI not only handle purchases though - I can also help you refinance your current home loan if you think it could be beneficial.
