I am an accomplished executive with over 30 years of experience in health care. With an extensive background in clinical nursing, as well as all aspects of risk management and performance improvement. I work to assure ongoing organizational compliance with regulatory, licensure, and accreditation standards. With a holistic approach to clinical data analysis, I have been instrumental in identifying problematic areas, developing effective strategies and solutions to drive hospital continuous improvement in system operations, quality of patient care and safety. I am eager to face new challenges and put to use my healthcare management expertise and leadership skills in a facility that needs to experience changes to meet the demands of a present day. I am a professional who is able to design and execute strategies to optimize resource utilization, manage risks and compliance, and ensure clinical systems effectiveness and security, while boosting performance, increasing revenues, and creating long-term value for the company.
