Shepherd Neame is the country’s oldest family Brewery & Pub Company located in Faversham, Kent. They operate 300 pubs, restaurants and hotels across London and the South East, 70 of which are run as a retail estate by Shepherd Neame directly and the other 230 pubs are run by self-employed individuals that operate their own businesses in partnership with Shepherd Neame.My role with Shepherd Neame has been predominantly stand alone and has evolved over the last eight plus years, progressing from Trade Recruitment Co-ordinator to my current position as Tenanted Recruitment & Onboarding Manager. Having just handed over the Retail Recruitment & Careers Division to our People Team, I currently assume responsibility for the Recruitment and Onboarding process of all new Shepherd Neame tenants.
