ABOUT SHELLEY BLASDELL
I have specialized in international expatriate taxes for 20 years, focusing on Canadian and US personal tax compliance and payroll, assisting companies with managing cross-border employment arrangements, employee business travel and planning assignments and implementing expatriate policies. I lead several company engagements with significant assignee populations, as well as those for companies with very few employees or small global operations. I oversee Canadian services for numerous client engagements of companies headquartered in the UK and US, as well as Canadian headquartered multinational companies. I lead the Mobility Tax Services team of PAS in Waterloo Ontario. I am a financial literacy volunteer through CPA Ontario, and I am also the United Way Chair for the EY Waterloo office.
