   Development and management of Ocean Connections, a 501c3 and Oceans of Fun marine mammal parks located at the Milwaukee County Zoo and in Hershey, PA. Specialize in animal welfare and management, marine mammal interactive programming, behavior consultation, team development, park operation and growth opportunities.I oversee all marine mammal animal operations including team management, animal acquisition and transport, veterinary care, programming, welfare, and behavioral management, water quality, and regulatory requirements. Team development is a large priority to ensure that our company vision and mission are successful. I work alongside our team to ensure direction, provide guidance and oversee progression within our parks. I love to teach and consult globally on marine mammal care, training, programming, team building and welfare. Without our parks, I work with the Milwaukee County Zoo management and animal care keepers on behavioral modification and staff training. Throughout the years I have developed behavioral modification programs for numerous species including pachyderm, wolves, small mammals, avian, marine mammals, and primates.
