   Serve as a key member of the senior leadership team for a global healthcare IT business with up across Europe, North America, Australia, and Philippines• Build relationships and collaborate directly with the business unit CEO and senior leadership team to set and implement the organizational effectiveness and people plan strategy• Oversee the international people M&A workstream of Change Healthcare to Optum across six countries and 1700 employees while maintaining less than 10% turnover• Lead a team of people business partners, international people operations team members and legacy Change Healthcare Workday and L&D teams across a diverse organization• Provide leadership to support the roll-out of strategic initiatives including associated change management plans. Partnered with business to expand the Philippines site from 300 to 900 employees and achieve nine million in cost savings for the business• Lead business through culture transformation and organizational changes of an on-premise product to the cloud and SaaS based business model• Build talent strategy and organization design plans to support business transition • Accountable to influence and collaborate with the people shared services, total rewards, talent acquisition, talent management and culture functions to ensure the business units needs are achieved within North America and international countries
