About Shellee Methe
Inspired Well Is a faith based weight loss & wellness program for women. As a Registered Nurse, Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach and someone who has walked this road myself, I discovered a better way, a whole-person approach that restores balance holistically by addressing nutrition, sleep, stress, movement, hormones, detox, mindset, and faith TOGETHER! As a woman who spent decades trying to lose weight, I witnessed firsthand how extreme approaches were not healthy or successful long-term. I strongly believe the Lord created our bodies to function well, and when they don\'t, there IS a reason. That\'s why I help women shift their perspective from seeing excess weight as a personal failure to a sign their body is out of balance. As a Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, I integrate professional nursing expertise, holistic Functional Medicine principles, and faith to help women restore the balance their bodies were naturally designed to have. My passion is to help you RELEASE what no longer serves you, TRANSFORM your health holistically, and RECLAIM the abundant life you were created for.
