ABOUT SHELLBY LOCKWOOD

My journey in the promotional merchandise space started in 2012 with Cotton Candy, and it’s been an exciting ride ever since! I kicked things off in sales, using my background in retail and fashion merchandising to help clients find the perfect merchandise to bring their brand to life. Working with ad hoc orders gave me a strong foundation, paving the way for me to dive into the programs side of the business. There, I expanded my expertise- curating custom stores that engaged employees and the public. I also helped create company-wide catalogs that spotlighted the latest trends while showcasing Cotton Candy’s capabilities. After a few years in programs, I returned to my true passion: sales. I love the thrill of collaborating with clients, fine-tuning their brand messaging, and transforming ideas into tangible merch that makes an impact. This role blends everything I’m passionate about- creative problem-solving, sourcing, client relationships, and delivering those unforgettable “wow” moments. Every day in this industry is an adventure, filled with fresh challenges and new opportunities.
