Responsible for the overall strategic planning, development, and execution of on-air and digital promotional campaigns for KCMP (The Current). This role collaborates with various departments, including Programming, Membership, and Digital, to create engaging events, contests, and campaigns that build brand loyalty and drive membership growth. • Develop and implement multi-channel promotional strategies that align with KCMP\'s brand and enterprise-wide goals.• Work with programming and marketing to identify promotional opportunities for new initiatives, content, and events.• Manage project timelines, budgets, and performance metrics for all promotions. • Campaign and event management• Coordinate the planning, execution, and tear-down of station events, remote broadcasts, and on-site promotions.• Develop and launch promotional campaigns, contests, giveaways, and sweepstakes across on-air, web, and social media platforms.• Ensure all contests and promotions comply with relevant legal requirements and disclosures.• Produce promotional copy for on-air announcements, emails, social media, and web content.• Coordinate with internal departments and third-party vendors to ensure promotional consistency across all channels. • Build and maintain relationships with internal teams, local vendors, media partners, and community organizations to secure partnerships and promotional opportunities.• Assist the Sales team by creating client promotions and providing support during the development of sponsored campaigns.• Provide support to on-air talent and the digital team for promotional needs. • Analyze and evaluate the success of promotional campaigns using key metrics such as audience growth, engagement, and membership conversion.• Use data and research to inform future promotional strategies and tactics.
