Bridging science, strategy, and human insight to translate vision into impact. I developed a leadership framework integrating cognitive, emotional, somatic, relational, energetic and meaning-based dimensions of leadership to enable clarity and sustained presence under pressure. Drawing on CBT, DBT, ACT, IFS, and somatic practices, I design psychologically informed leadership programs and experiences. I specialize in navigating people, power, and institutions to move ideas from insight to execution turning complexity into clarity so innovation is not just imagined, but realized.I hold a PhD in Human & Statistical Genetics and bring deep scientific rigor, data fluency, and strategic thinking across R&D, commercial, and corporate environments. My experience spans market access, business development, scientific affairs, strategic partnerships, and health equity anchored in systems-level transformation and community trust.Leadership through integration: aligning cross-functional talent, cultivating high-impact partnerships, and stewarding initiatives from concept to scale. From managing multi-million-dollar investment portfolios to building platforms from the ground up, I pair analytical precision with emotional intelligence to drive outcomes with integrity.My leadership is relational and directional.
