   As a Director for Platform Hardware division in Data-center group, responsible for:• Managing HW development team to design Server validation Boards for XEON-D/XEON-E segment and graphics cards.‒ Influenced team to do design with quality even with changing requirements. ‒ Introduced checks at factory with interposer with previous generation CPU to ensure Board quality for silicon power-on is not compromised. ‒ Improved overall HW design process with different ideas implementation.‒ Documented issues from previous generation program and worked with stakeholders to address those. ‒ Executed XEON-E programs with minimal resources with ODM engagement.• Led “Inclusion” efforts at division level, which helped to learn new leadership approach.
