Manage, facilitate, and develop Traineeship, Business Administration and Coaching professional apprenticeship programs• Manage caseload of business administration apprenticeship and employability Traineeship learners•Conduct progress review with learners•Develop program structure, content, and delivery models•Liaise with potential employers to support the traineeship work placements•Assess work submitted and provide structured feedback•Assist both the IQA and Quality Manager with ongoing development of the program to ensure all resources are current and valid to drive engagement of the learner journey and drive success•Diary management•Ensure all learner documents and records are accurately maintained and stored correctly on portfolio to provide a consistent approach to the learner journey•Deliver 1-2-1 session as required by learners•Work with EPA coordinator to keep learners up to date and progress to assessment
