About Sheldon Stokes
Over the last 11 years, I have worked many roles within the treatment community, including Director of a Utilization Review department and Director of Admissions. This experience equips me with the ability to reach women who are struggling and aid in their treatment planning for recovery. My experience in the UR world has largely been influenced by my ability to quickly build rapport with people from all backgrounds.In 2024 I teamed up with my business partner to begin a women’s sober living called Raven House Recovery. Raven House provides authentic, vulnerable, and compassionate support for individuals in recovery. We offer a safe space for our residents to develop community, life-skills, and a foundation for lasting sobriety. Through these principles, our residents will rebuild themselves and begin a life worth living.I have worked closely with clinical and program directors and through that have gained my expertise in insurance regulations for in-patient treatment centers. Often assisting in after care planning, I recognized the profound impact of sober living to aid women in long term success in recovery. My main focus is to provide affordable, effective, and ethical care to women in need.
