ABOUT SHELBY TUHARI
With over 26 years of experience in audio‐visual (AV) design, programming, service, and installation, I bring a comprehensive background in developing and delivering complex, high-performance AV solutions. After graduating from college, I began my career at Presentation Media (PMI), where I worked closely with a mentor for more than seven years. During that time, I honed my skills in designing and programming advanced, integrated AV systems.Following my tenure at PMI, I joined Audio Visual Associates (AVA) as the lead of their engineering team, where I spent six years managing and executing large-scale projects. My experience at AVA included designing and implementing systems for a wide range of complex environments — from government-secure installations and multi-divisible rooms to auditoriums, theaters, command-and-control centers, and executive boardrooms.Currently, I oversee the engineering and programming divisions at Kinly US, managing a talented team of professionals. In this role, I mentor team members, promote collaboration, and ensure the successful delivery of projects. My combined expertise in engineering and programming enables me to design and implement stable, efficient, and innovative audio‐visual systems that exceed client expectations.I take pride in being a player-coach—working hands-on alongside my team to foster growth, mentor developing talent, and build high-performing, cohesive groups. As a subject matter expert in AV-over-IP technologies, I specialize in designing collaboration environments that leverage enterprise networks to provide exceptional user experiences. I work closely with unified communications platforms to develop systems that meet the needs of today’s hybrid and remote workforce. As a Crestron Master Programmer, I provide advanced guidance and support for system deployment strategies and programming techniques across large-scale implementations. I am deeply focused on delivering outstanding user experiences through thoughtful system design and precise programming execution.Staying current with emerging technologies is a priority in this fast-paced industry. I am dedicated to continuous learning and remain up to date on the latest trends and best practices in audio‐visual technology to ensure every project benefits from modern, forward-thinking design and execution.
