About Shelby Muschler

With a Master of Science in Media Science/Mass Communications from Boston University and a Bachelor\'s degree in Psychology from DePaul University, I have a strong academic foundation in data-driven research and behavioral science. I apply these skills and knowledge to my current role as a Product Researcher at Cengage, where I conduct primary mixed methods research for career-focused discipline product teams and help drive strategic decision making for the business.In my previous roles as a Senior Research Associate and a Development and Communications Specialist, I demonstrated my ability to manage end-to-end research projects, design and execute surveys using Qualtrics, synthesize data using statistical analysis software, and communicate and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders. I also increased the open rate of email newsletters by 10% and cultivated partnerships with community organizations, postgraduate institutions, and employers. I\'m looking to expand my career in UX Research, Product Research, or Product Management, where I can leverage my research expertise and passion for behavioral insights to help businesses understand their users more intimately.
