I serve as Chief Operating Officer at PsychPlus, where I lead enterprise operations across a multi-state behavioral health ecosystem spanning outpatient clinics, hospital partnerships, and in-house proprietary technology development. I am responsible for scaling infrastructure, strengthening financial and clinical performance, and building the systems, data, and workflows required to support sustained growth.My career has been built by driving execution in high-growth environments. Over the past several years, I have progressed through multiple leadership roles within the organization, designing and operationalizing enterprise solutions across clinical operations, revenue cycle management, de-novo stand-up clinics, provider performance, contracting, software development, compliance, and overall organizational performance.I specialize in building structure where it doesn’t exist—aligning people, processes, and technology to increase access, improve patient outcomes, and drive accountability at scale. My leadership approach is hands-on, metrics-driven, and focused on turning strategy into measurable results. I studied accounting at University of Houston Bauer College of Business and completed executive coursework through University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Outside of work, I enjoy yoga, running, and spending time with my furry children, Maui and Henry.
